The price of this drive is approximately $300 and it can read at 22MB/sec which is close to the maximum speed you can achieve transferring from any Usb drive to a 5400 rpm HDD (which are often seen in laptops as opposed to 7200 rpm HDDs which is present in all desktop computers)
This thing is pretty appealing, but only if you have the extra cash lying around in the house.
