This is the Genius Traveler 350 mini mouse with optical trackball, announced earlier this month.
It connects via USB and is a great laptop companion, providing 5 buttons and a scroll wheel, 2 of which are for Vista special functions like Flip 3D.
The ball in the center allows you to scroll in all directions, very useful in small spaces where you can keep the mouse on a desk, as well as if you are left handed.
Genius Traveler 350 measures 231 x 133 x 67 mm at 77 grams and has a retractable cable, while being available at a price of 29.95 EUR.
